FREE KIDS’ NIGHT!

Thursday, April 16

Kids are free between 5pm-8pm

$1 parking

Parking available with Children’s Museum validation between 5pm-8pm at the mid-city garage located on the corner of Navarro and College St. Please bring your parking ticket into the museum to receive validation!

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adult admission is $7.

 

MacroLab: Monthly programming supporting Science

Animal World & Snake Farm

Get up close and personal with cold-blooded amphibians, reptiles and insects. Take a picture with a REAL Boa Constrictor.

Saturday, April 18

11am -2pm

Program Fee: $3.00 (includes one child/one adult) + $7 admission ea.  Additional adult $3 ea. + $7 admission.

No reservation necessary. Limited availability. While supplies last. Members pay ONLY program fee.

Dots and Squiggles is an early childhood program created and taught by certified elementary teachers. Fun and engaging lessons encourage children to experience a wide variety of activities that incorporate art, sensory exploration, movement, music, story time, and dramatic play.

Recommended Ages 1-4

This early childhood program taught by certified experienced elementary teachers strengthens language, listening and motor skills through story time, pretend dramatic play and multisensory activities.

The San Antonio Children’s Museum provides engaging hands-on experiences where Kids Play to Learn and Adults Learn to Play! The museum offers more than 80 interactive exhibits, including the H-E-B Kids’ Market, a bubble ranch, and kid powered elevator and weekly science and arts activities for children ages 0-10. 

Weekly drop-in programs include: Reading Adventures: Wednesdays 10:30am-11:30am, FETCH! Science Labs: Fridays 1:30pm-3:30pm & Saturdays NOON-4pm, Dots and Squiggles Early Childhood Program: Fridays 10am-11am. FREE KIDS’ NIGHT: Every THIRD Thursday 5pm-8pm.
