Dr. Ernest and Sarah Butler pledged $55 million to the University of Texas at Austin School of Music in the College of Fine Arts, which will be named the Sarah and Ernest Butler School of Music in their honor. The funds will be paid in installments over the couple's lifetime and will be for student, faculty and program support.
