Are you looking for grants that can help build your organization’s capacity?
Strengthening Nonprofits (SNP) is a targeted grant-making effort designed to increase the effectiveness of nonprofits in achieving their mission.
There are two phases to the SNP application process. The Phase I grant provides funding that enables nonprofits to complete the Core Capacity Assessment Tool (CCAT), an assessment that helps identify areas of improvement for your agency. The next SNP Phase I deadline is Monday, April 3.
After receiving CCAT results, nonprofit agencies along with their boards of directors and senior staff can develop an improvement plan that aligns with assessment results. This will form the basis for the Phase II funding request. The deadline to submit a Phase II grant application is Friday, May 5.
Please note: This is the last opportunity to submit a Phase I application and complete the CCAT if you are interested in meeting the SNP Phase II grant deadline.
