Succession Planning – Advanced-Level Workshop for CEOs
Mention the words “Succession Planning” and people stop talking and give you their attention. Everyone is thinking: “What happened? Are you leaving? Who will lead this organization?”
With succession planning, the board and CEO acknowledge that the agency will experience changes in leadership and ensure systems are in place to support leadership changes.
The second in a three-part series of sessions about succession planning is scheduled for Wednesday, March 23 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Planned Giving Mentorship Program
The Mentorship Program of the Planned Giving Council of San Antonio is now accepting mentors who are experienced planned giving professionals and mentees who are new to the profession and/or just want to learn more about planned giving.

The first two community information meetings on Monday, February 22 are full, so two additional sessions have been added to the calendar:
