The San Antonio Area Foundation invites nonprofits seeking grants in the program areas of Children and Youth, and Medicine and Healthcare to register one of two upcoming Grant Information Meetings in January 2016. Nonprofit organizations will be guided through the Community Grant application process, which opens Monday, January 4, 2016. The grant deadline is Friday, February 5, 2016 at midnight.

The Social Media Communications Certification program beginning January 22 is now open for registration!
The Social Media Communications Certification, a partnership with the H-E-B School of Business and Administration at the University of the Incarnate Word, is a three-month series of six sessions (24 hrs) designed to increase the skills of nonprofit professionals in social media communications, with a focus on analytics.
Classes will be held at the San Antonio Area Foundation.

The Big Give S.A. takes place from midnight to midnight on May 3, 2016. The purpose of the 24-hour, online giving campaign is to increase public awareness of the impact nonprofits are making in our community, bring nonprofits and donors together for a collaborative effort to scale change, expand the idea of online giving, connect people to the causes that move them and, of course, make giving FUN.
