WHO: Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) – San Antonio Area and the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR).
WHAT: Local police officers and LETR members will take part in the Tip-A-Cop event, whereby they will exchange handcuffs for aprons and will serve tables for tips, which all will be donated to Special Olympics Texas to fund programming for more than 9,300 athletes with intellectual disabilities in the San Antonio area.
