Nearly 3,000 Special Olympics Texas bowlers from the Greater Dallas area will take over the lanes at USA Bowl from Oct. 26 – Nov. 6 during the 2015 Area 10 Bowling Competition. Games will run from 9:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on each of the weekdays and from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31. Competition will not run on Wednesday, Oct. 28 and Sunday, Nov. 1. Athletes and Unified Partners from the surrounding school districts and community-based delegations will be competing in various divisions, including: assisted ramp, singles and Unified doubles. Approximately 240 athletes will bowl on each of the weekdays and at least 800 will compete on Saturday, Oct. 31.
