Alpha Home, one of the most successful non-profit addiction treatment programs in San Antonio as well as Texas, has named Megan Butler as the new development and marketing director
Alpha Home, established in 1966, provides residential and outpatient treatment for women with addictions, and the highly regarded non-profit treats more than 800 women annually. In 2013, the non-profit launched an outpatient program for men and also has added a parenting program to assist clients with family dynamics.
For the last four years Butler was the events and membership manager for Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center which is the largest community-based, multidisciplinary organization in the United States. Butler also served for three years as the development coordinator for the Green Door in Washington, D.C., which is recognized nationally as one of the most successful community-based mental health centers.
Butler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
