Today, Lutheran Social Services of the South (LSS), an organization committed to ending multigenerational child abuse through innovative children’s services, announced the leadership appointment of Loren Riemer as grants manager.
“Lutheran Social Services of the South is thrilled to have Loren join our team,” said Evan Moilan, LSS Chief Mission Officer. “She is a seasoned development officer and we know her management of the grants process from research to proposal submission and reporting will prove a great asset to our organization.”
As grants manager, Riemer will provide assistance in researching, applying for and securing government grant funds for LSS. Prior to joining LSS, she served as director of foundation relations at Concordia University Texas. Riemer holds a master’s degree in global policy studies with a specialization in international development from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin.
