Topic: "Diseases Affecting White-tailed Deer in Texas"
This presentation will cover topics ranging from the common disease and ailments, such as Cutaneous Fibroma, that you could possibly see day to day in the deer herd to the more serious diseases, such as Chronic Wasting Disease, that can affect the herd at a population level. Deer are a robust and majestic animal; however, as populations increase so will diseases and thus your chance of running across them in your time in the field. Know which ones you should watch out for.
