PREPARE, POLISH & PUBLISH Your Creative NonFiction PROSE
(and Get READY for the Mayborn!)
with
Bill MARVEL & Julianne B. McCULLAGH
3 Saturdays, May 11, May 18, & June 1
12:30 - 4:30 PM
This class has moved to VITRUVIAN PARK; advance registration required, and you will
receive the address upon registering.
Each year, Garret writers SCORE BIG with awards, publications, and even book contracts
at the Mayborn Literary Nonfiction Conference.  Don't know about the
world-famous Mayborn of UNT?
No problem, just click here [http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?e=001mHXCWcKLqUdPbqqTaJjeqApX31pq_HFutfo0xNr2o_weNibUKYZMNXbYD4wQTkHd-b3LmIFvlGP1tIMbJsga59iIqNmDCWla3hKlGp7YAfi54JkCWHzJqNapNdZq91ex9sChS3sdAeG7ijeNm-ZxXA==].
This 3-Saturday workshop (May 11, 18, & June 1) will focus directly on your work
to uncover strategies for getting the most out of the Mayborn Conference experience:
ensuring your manuscript content and final submissions will be of the highest professional
and competitive standard. You will also get a chance to speak directly with UNT
"Writer in Residence" and Conference Director George Getschow, who will be visiting
one of the workshops.
You may come to this course with just an idea for your Mayborn submission, but previously
prepared work wanting to be reviewed on the first meeting day had to be submitted
last Monday. Other critiquing will be arranged at the first meeting Send those submissions
to Gen@writersgarret.org .
