TEEN PANEL ADDRESSES LIFE WITH ADHD
The 50th anniversary conference of the national LDA occurs in San Antonio in mid-February. In connection with this, WSSA is hosting a teen panel discussion on ADHD led by a best-selling author.
The public is invited on Wednesday, February 13, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. to the WSSA Butt Family Library to hear from two ADHD students in a panel discussion moderated by Chris A. Zeigler Dendy, M.S., from Houston, Texas. Mrs. Dendy is the author of Teenagers with ADD and ADHD, 2nd ed.
“The Journey from Pre-Teen to Young Adult” will provide insight into these students’ experience with attention differences and how it affects their school work, interests and life in general. This event is free and open to the public.
