Spring Volunteer Day

9 am to noon
  
Please join us as we spruce up our extensive Native Plant Gardens. 

   

This volunteer project, funded through a grant from Toyota's TogetherGreen program,

will help us get our gardens ready for maximum blooms later this year.

 

Learn while you volunteer - and MLAC will provide breakfast, snacks and tools.

 

Free and no experienced needed

Texas is a great place to live but we all face challenges with our landscapes.  

Don't be discouraged - there are lots of great plants out there that are drought-tolerant or native that

will help you create a beautiful landscape & great habitat for birds & other wildlife. 

 

Join horticulturist Charles Bartlett as we explore the many plants at MLAC, the extensive 

list from SAWS and the tips for success this spring.

  

$10 for MLAC Members, $15 for non-MLAC members
