Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

 

Let us know if you will volunteer by contacting Georgia Galey, Volunteer Coordinator, at volunteer@cibolo.org.

Oct. 1 - Oct. 5 (Mon-Wed) Anytime between 9 am - 5 pm.  Bring your rakes and help spread mulch in our oak motte. Please contact Georgia before you come to see if this project is still available!

Oct. 5 (Fri) 9 am - 5 pm. AND Oct. 6: (Sat) 9 am - 1 pm.  Help us set up for our annual fundraising event!

Oct. 7 (Sun) 9 am - Noon. Help us clean up after our annual fundraising event!

Oct. 8 - 13 (Mon-Sat) Citizen Science Volunteers needed for Wildlife Field Research. Register online at www.WildlifeFieldResearch.org.

Wildlife Field Research is two weeks away! We need volunteers to make this event a success, so please check out the event at www.WildlifeFieldResearch.org to see if any of the research activities are suited to your interests and then register!

We look forward to seeing everyone out in the field, having fun, and conducting important ecological science.

Feral Hog Management Workshop

 

WHEN: Saturday, Sept. 29

TIME: 9 am - 1 PM.

Feral hogs severely impact the Texas landscape and cause significant harm to creeks and streams that accelerates erosion and degrades habitats. Come explore the many methods available to landowners to manage feral hog populations.
