Statewide listeners of the Texas Wildlife Radio Show distributed by the Texas Farm Bureau Radio Network are now enjoying content produced by the Texas Wildlife Association, thanks a new partnership agreement between the two organizations.

TWA CEO Gary Joiner is producing reports for the daily 3-minute program,Program coverage map which is currently aired on 12 stations across the state. Joiner's reports highlight wildlife issues and topics of current interest, as well as stories of private land stewardship, hunting heritage, wildlife and natural resource education, and wildlife management tools and research.

"As CEO of the Texas Wildlife Association and a former journalist, Gary is in a unique position to provide insights into wildlife management and outdoor recreation opportunities. We are delighted to have him in our program lineup," said Gene Hall, Managing Editor of the TFB Radio Network.

TWA began providing reports for the Texas Wildlife Radio Show on March 12. As part of the one-year agreement, TWA is provided advertising space to communicate with Texas Farm Bureau members via TFB's Texas Agriculture membership publication (published 22 times per year).

"The partnership is a great fit for TWA, and we're excited about the opportunity to communicate to a much larger audience of Texans through these efforts," said Joiner.

"Texas Farm Bureau is proud to work with the Texas Wildlife Association to produce the Texas Wildlife Radio Show on our radio network," said Kenneth Dierschke, TFB President. "We know that many of our members are managing their farm and ranch lands to encourage wildlife habitat. This has become a key source of income in the agriculture sector, and this show provides important information for everyone interested in Texas wildlife."
