The Financial Integrity Town Hall, presented in partnership with the Nonprofit Financial Leadership Group, provides a unique chance to come together and take a critical look at how nonprofit finances are managed. When working on long-range planning projects or organizational assessments with nonprofits, I tend to inquire about what other organizations are doing similar work, serving the same or similar clientele, or operating in the same community in order to prompt an exploration of both collaboration and competitive difference.
