San Antonio Sports

March, 2011

NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball Championship in San Antonio In 2005, San Antonio hosted its first NCAA Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship as the tournament celebrated its 25th anniversary and marked the first time ever to be played in a dome facility. The 2011 tournament will be San Antonio’s seventh NCAA National Championship in the Alamodome, and San Antonio Sports is pleased to present another championship experience with an opportunity to purchase contributor packages for the upcoming event!

The format is the same, the fun is all weekend and the competition is just as fierce. Sixty-four teams later, the top four Division I programs in the nation will return to a Domed facility for only the second time ever. A single elimination battle will determine the 2011 Women’s Collegiate Champion. A contributor package will ensure you three matches of the best college volleyball has to offer, plus passes to the hottest championship party in town and an opportunity to send local kids to a game as well. Don’t forget, all packages are largely tax deductible and include ticket availability not offered to the general public!
