SAFILM Alum Carmen Marron traveled from California to participate.
“SAFILM was a memorable experience for me as a filmmaker. As a Californian, it was humbling to be a visiting filmmaker and win the Audience Award from such a supportive and movie-loving crowd! The festival honors great films from all over the world. I was proud to be one of them and make great friendships while I was there,” she said.
“Great city, great people, great time!” she added.
