NCAA Championship City

For the 14th consecutive year, San Antonio Sports and the University of Texas are proud to host the 2010 Big 12 Women’s Soccer Championship, this Wednesday through Sunday, Nov. 3, 5, and 7, at Blossom Soccer Stadium.  Don’t miss your chance to see premier student-athletes in action right here in San Antonio. Next weekend, downtown streets will be filled with runners for the Rock ‘n’ Roll San Antonio Marathon and 1/2 Marathon.  It’s not too late to volunteer (see below).  With 30,000 runners and 3,500 volunteers, I’ll bet someone you know is involved.  Don’t be left out of the excitement.  And the NCAA DIII Men’s & Women’s Soccer Championships are right around the corner after Thanksgiving.  What a way to end the year!  Be a part of our team and help us transform our community through the power of sport.
