San Antonio will again be the site of the Big 12 Women's Soccer Championship Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, Nov. 3, 5 and 7 at Blossom Soccer Stadium, 12002 Jones Maltsberger Rd. This will mark the 14th consecutive year the nonprofit San Antonio Sports has co-hosted the conference championship in the Alamo City with the University of Texas.
Based on conference results determined by a point system, the top eight teams qualify for the ig 12 Championship. A squad gets three points for each conference win and one point for each onference tie. The winner of the Big 12 Championship receives the conference's automatic bid to he NCAA tournament. Games begin on Nov. 3 at 11:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The semifinals on Nov. 5 begin at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The championship game on Nov. 7 is at noon.
Tickets may be purchased online at http://www.sanantoniosports.org/big12.htm. All online purchases will be held at the Blossom Soccer Stadium “will call” booth. Tickets may also be purchased at the Alamodome Box Office, Bicycle Heaven (Huebner Road at Stone Oak), Classics Elite (Jones-Maltsberger Road), Soccer Guru (Bandera Road), Soccer Locker (Blanco Road), Soccer Factory (Starcrest), or Soccer World (Fredericksburg Road).
Day passes are $7 (children under 5 are free), 3-day tournament passes are $12, and 20- ticket team packages are $99. San Antonio Sports is also bundling the Big 12 Soccer Championship with the NCAA Div. III Men’s & Women’s Soccer Championship (Dec. 3, 4 at Blossom Soccer Stadium) and is offering a $25 individual ticket, which includes a day pass to both tournaments and a commemorative mini-soccer ball.

Credentials may be picked up beginning Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Blossom Soccer Stadium at the pass gate. As in years past, media seating is very limited. The first row underneath the press box will be reserved for media.
