New Encouraging (and a Little Discouraging) Fundraising News

Giving USA's annual report (free Exec Summary) on fundraising results from 2009 shows some mixed results. Overall giving in 2009 was down 3.6% overall, but that is not necessarily surprising or new news (and frankly was less than I might have expected). That is the first drop in giving since 1987 and the steepest drop since 1956. But not every sector saw giving drop. MORE>>
