OneStar Launches AmeriCorps*Texas Recruitment Campaign
As part of our AmeriCorps Week celebrations, OneStar Foundation just launched a new AmeriCorps*Texas recruitment campaign aimed at connecting people interested in AmeriCorps with Texas programs looking for members. The campaign, which features real stories from five Texans, is the first AmeriCorps campaign from OneStar Foundation.
The campaign shows how AmeriCorps changed the lives of five members who have served in Texas—including Texas State Representative Elliott Naishtat—through a 30-second public service announcement. The campaign also features blog posts from four of the participants, where they discuss their service and how much it has shaped their lives.
For more information about the recruitment campaign, visit our AmeriCorps*Texas Web page.
