Carolyn Chipman Evans and CNC: "CONVERSATIONS" airs on PBS
When: Thursday, April 29th
Time: 8:00 PM
It is with great pride we invite you to join us for the airing of "Conversations" on Thursday evening, April 29th, at 8:00 PM on PBS station KLRN.
"Conversations" is about San Antonio and the surrounding area and the people here who make contributions to our way of life. The series raises awareness about the talent, energy and commitment of people who make a positive difference – in the quality of life, in the social and economic well being of the area, in the prospects of the area as a place where our children will want to have careers and raise their families. It is about stories and sharing ideas with the audience.
Carolyn Chipman Evans spends 30 minutes on "Conversations" talking about the origins of the Cibolo Nature Center, the mission to save a piece of natural beauty, and the forces that have banded together over the years to create and protect a hugely successful nature center.
To those of you who are already a member of the CNC family, this show salutes you and your efforts to keep alive a part of Boerne's natural beauty and historic value so that all Texas residents can enjoy nature and 21st century progress existing in harmony. CNC is a labor of love, a passion to embrace, and an opportunity to leave something of this area in its natural state for future generations.
