Peter Drucker Died Friday November 11, 2005
A message from Suzanne Clodfelter, Manager of the Center for Nonprofit management at the University of Houston-Victoria let us know that Peter Drucker had passed away on Friday November 11, 2005. "Yesterday, the nonprofit world lost a visionary man. Peter Drucker passed away at 95. As a student and practitioner of business and nonprofit management, I studied several of Mr. Drucker's publications and presentations. He was a pioneer in the management world. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. His contributions to the sector will live forever," said Suzanne.
He was 95, and he will live on into perpetuity because of the richness of his ideas and clarity of what he saw the world could be with innovation and collaboration between business and community. One of the most thoughtful intellectuals in modern time - Drucker will be missed.
